The perfect mom in me is freaking out today. Amelia is sick and therefore extremely badly behaved. She has been crying all day long over every little thing. She is only quiet with her pacifier in her mouth... the pacifier that she ONLY uses to sleep. Am I supposed to stay strong and not let her have it, or just give in because she's sick? Am I supposed to be consistent with discipline when she acts very badly, or show lenience because she feels so awful? I have no idea what the "rules" are here or what I should be doing. My heart just breaks for my girl.
I think I'll let her have whatever she wants... I don't know what else to do. Gotta go hug my girl.
