Ryan is doing a little of the same thing. He's not around as many kids as Amelia, but in the daycare at my gym a kid tried to take his toy car and he pushed him out of the way and said, No!!". They are exerting their independence. It's a stage and it will pass, but it's hard going through it because we want our kids to be good examples to others!<br>Hopefully the teachers can keep Amelia and "C" separated as much as possible and this will pass. You're doing a great job Julie. Hang in there. I am sure I will be facing some of the same challenges this fall when Ryan starts preschool. Then I will be coming to you...lol! Trust me, as a teacher, communication with the parents is KEY! You're not being overbearing, you're being a parent.
